The Lakeland Police Foundation "An Evening of Honor" Awards Gala honors officers and civilian personnel who serve the community with courage, prefessionalism, and committment each and every day. The Gala showcases the extraordinary bravery, lifesafing actions, and complex investigations carried out in the line of duty - alongside the critical support provided by civilian staff who help make that mission possible.
Proceeds from the Gala benefit the Lakeland Police Foundation and its mission to Serve Those Who Serve.

Your support and contributions will enable us to meet our goals and fund our mission which is to support the members of the Lakeland Police Department and their families. Support includes maintaining the Fallen Heroes Memorial, providing critical care support for retired LPD canines (K-9’s), educational grants for members and children, hardship grants arising from deaths, serious injuries, illnesses, and other personal crises, member/retiree appreciation events and supporting the Lakeland Police Explorer Program.
