LEGACY DAY ANNOUNCEMENT

To all Current/Retired Officers, 

Please join us for the Lakeland Police Foundation's first ever LPD LEGACY DAY.

This event is being held to assist in fostering relationships between our LPD retirees and our current officers. LPD has drastically changed in the past several years and we have experienced a large turnover in our staffing. 

The first LEGACY DAY will be held on August 5, 20222, from 6:00am to 9:00am in the LPD Community Room. (Times scheduled to accommodate shifts and those coming in at 0800 so people could come and go). 

If you are able, and would like a chance to meet some of our new officers, we have invited the oncoming shift (Alpha Squad) and the night shift (Charlie Squad) who will be getting off that morning to come introduce themselves to our retirees. The rest of the department is also welcome to stop by at their leisure.

We will be having coffee, OJ and assorted pastries from Born & Bread for everyone to enjoy.
